Returns & Shipping

We advise that it can take up to ten working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the day you place your order for your pieces to be made and shipped. This is because I hand make everything to order rather than keep big piles of stock. However orders normally are dispatched within 2-3 working days. 

Please be aware, that our last posting date for Christmas until January 2020 is the 12th December. This includes the UK and all other international shipping.  All outstanding orders will be sent by this date, but please be aware that due to the incredibly busy period, orders may take longer than 10 working days to dispatch. Once the order has left the workshop it is in the hands of Royal Mail and we have absolutely zero control over it. Please make sure you enter the correct address when making your order! 

If you genuinely require something by a certain date, please note that during the Christmas period we cannot guarantee days or times. So order as early as you possibly can. 

You will receive an email to the email address you provided once your purchase has been dispatched. Black Heart Creatives use Royal mail and send orders to the UK 2nd class and non tracked Air Mail for all international orders as standard. If you require your order quicker or tracked then please email before purchase. Please remember you item is being shipped from England so please allow approximately - up to 6 weeks to arrive to USA, Canada, Australia and Asia; - 10 days to Europe - 3 days to Britain from the date of your dispatch email. 

Royal Mail do not consider a package to be officially lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date (around 18 days after dispatch for UK orders and 25 for International orders). In the unlikely event that your order has gotten lost, please contact us at  

Black Heart Creatives makes to order, we do not have piles of stock, each order is hand made, so we are unable to refund or exchange if you have chosen the wrong colour, or misspelled a custom piece. If you have not made a formal request for a personalisation on an item then we cannot refund or exchange for this reason either. If you can show that your item was damaged upon delivery, we will send you replacement free of charge, or alternatively a full refund. We may ask for photographical evidence from you in these instances, this is to help us recover monies from the Royal Mail.
